WAKE UP EARLY

That’s why you should get to bed early on Sunday night. That way, you’ll end up getting the proper amount of sleep, and won’t struggle to climb out of bed in the morning.
EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFAST
Don’t forget to eat breakfast. Even though it’s early in the day, that doesn’t mean that you can’t turn on your stove. Make yourself some eggs, or at least pour yourself some cereal and top it with banana slices. Eating a healthy meal will give you the energy you need to start the day. It beats binging on coffee to wake yourself up.
CREATE A TO-DO LIST
It’s hard to accomplish your goals when you don’t know what they are. That’s why you should take a little bit of time out on Monday morning to jot down a list of #things you want to do that week. After you make the list, separate the items, so that you only have a #little bit to do on each day. That way, you won’t feel as stressed out.
